1. Automatic paperboard feeding unit

High speed and stable paperboard feeding as well as automatic monitoring and operation system

2. Automatic angle pasting unit

Adhesive tape electric melting and cutting for four angles pasting to ensure regular and firm pasting

3. Automatic feeder unit

Metal base feeder with latest design allows easy and stable in-feeding of out facing into the equipment

4. Paper gluing unit

Excellent gluing system and the optimal angle of glue roller ensure even and smooth gluing

5. Conveying and positioning system

Servo motor drives the suction belt for conveying, and computer controls the positioning and fitting of inner and outer facing

6. Box forming unit

Two moulds vertically arranged in the box forming unit are started simultaneously and function at precise intervals for feeding, wrapping, trimming and folding
